Keeping in view the “Confirmed” video consultation time slot, both doctor and the patient will receive an Alert 24 hours in advance as well as 30 minutes prior to start time of video consultation session so as the doctor/secretary can test their systems and remain ready for starting the video session. If the video session becomes instable, it would be moved to voice session to complete the consultation (if agreed by both doctor and the patient). However, if both agree to drop the session, the amount will be refunded/ credited to the patient account.
