On successful completion of the visit (In-clinic, video session or In-home Visit) session, Medex will generate e-Prescription that includes patient vitals, diagnosis, prescribed medicines, tests and any food and lifestyle changes. e-Prescription will be shared on patient’s registered email and the same is uploaded in EMR on the Patient’s Portal.

Doctor/Secretary need not to worry if the paper prescription is lost of left at home as the same can be accessed from the EMR of the patient on the portal or the patient may be advised to show the prescription from his email box accessible from anywhere and at any time.
